If you have a busy schedule but
still wish to have tasty lunch/ dinner, then this Paneer Sabzi is all that you
need.
Ingredients:
- 250 gms Paneer/ Cottage Cheese
- 2 medium Onions
- 2 medium Tomatoes
- 2 Capsicum
- 1 cup Sweet Corn
- 4 tbsp Oil
- 1 tsp Red Chilli Powder
- ½ tsp Turmeric
- ½ tsp Dhaniya Jeera Powder
- Salt to taste
Method:
- Heat oil in a pan.
- Add onions till they’re turn soft (translucent).
- Add tomatoes and when they’re soft, add red chilli powder, turmeric and Dhaniya Jeera Powder and mix well.
- Add capsicum and stir fry.
- Add salt and sweet corn and stir fry.
- Finally add Paneer, mix and cover and cook for 5 mins.
- Paneer Sabzi is ready to be served with Roti/ Paratha.
