Paneer Sabzi – Quick and Easy Recipe |Paneer Bhaji | Indian Cottage Cheese Stir Fry for Lunch and Dinner


If you have a busy schedule but still wish to have tasty lunch/ dinner, then this Paneer Sabzi is all that you need.



Ingredients:

  • 250 gms Paneer/ Cottage Cheese
  • 2 medium Onions
  • 2 medium Tomatoes
  • 2 Capsicum
  • 1 cup Sweet Corn
  • 4 tbsp Oil
  • 1 tsp Red Chilli Powder
  • ½ tsp Turmeric
  • ½ tsp Dhaniya Jeera Powder
  • Salt to taste


Method:

  • Heat oil in a pan.
  • Add onions till they’re turn soft (translucent).
  • Add tomatoes and when they’re soft, add red chilli powder, turmeric and Dhaniya Jeera Powder and mix well.
  • Add capsicum and stir fry.
  • Add salt and sweet corn and stir fry.
  • Finally add Paneer, mix and cover and cook for 5 mins.

  • Paneer Sabzi is ready to be served with Roti/ Paratha.
