In India we love
to localise every international cuisine. The close proximity to China has made
Chinese cuisines one of the favourite foods in India. Chow Mein which is a
Chinese dish was brought to Kolkata by Chinese migrants and got an Indian twist.
From Kolkata, it became a craze in the neighbouring Bihar. Today, in the state
of Bihar, Chow Mein is a hot favourite local street food.
