Enjoy your favourite Paneer as a
snack with these crispy Paneer Pakoda.
Ingredients:
- 10 pieces Paneer/ Cottage Cheese
- 1 tsp Red Chilli Powder
- ½ tsp Garam Masala
- ½ Lemon Juice
For the batter:
- 1 cup Chickpea Flour
- Pinch of Turmeric
- 1 tsp Red Chilli Powder
- 2 tsp Ginger Garlic Green Chilli Paste
- Coriander Leaves
- ½ glass Water
- Salt to taste
Method:
- For the batter, add chickpea flour, turmeric, red chilli powder, ginger garlic green chilli paste, coriander leaves and water and mix well till the batter achieves medium consistency.
- Coat Paneer cubes in hot oil and fry till golden.
- Paneer Pakodas fry very quickly, so be careful that they don’t burn.
